Victory Mae Sai, is a church and mission organization in the Chiang Rai province of Thailand led by Pastors Kris and Tabitha Pagan and affiliated with Victory Asia and Victory Churches International.
Our Mission
We are part of a church planting and missions -based organization, Victory Churches International. Our mission is to “Reach, Teach, and Mobilize” people into their great commission destiny. We work across southeast Asia to share the good news of Jesus Christ and create disciples to follow him. Victory Asia is about so much more than building churches—we invest in people and communities. We are committed to sharing the gospel and impacting lives. Our churches often start in homes, and then can grow into dynamic programs: from teaching people to start their own businesses, to creating schools that will raise tomorrows’ citizens. Victory Mae Sai is proud to be a part of the Victory Asia family and as a church, we have done missions work in India, Pakistan, Cambodia and beyond. We love the nations and are determined to see leaders rise up through leadership programs, mentorship, and good old fashioned bringing Jesus’ love to people.
Victory Asia is proud to be serving in 10 nations; Thailand, Cambodia, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam.
From schools to bible colleges, churches, orphanages and feeding programs, Victory Asia is transforming their communities.
As an Apostolic movement, Victory Asia is represented in over 55 churches across southeast Asia and growing. These churches are the birthplace of the dynamic programs that are changing the atmosphere in the area.

On Sunday nights at 5 PM we get together for worship, a service, and a meal together as a church family.
Victory English Center is available to teach ages 5-25 English. You will learn basic conversation, grammar and skills.
